Associate Director - Business

Key Deliverables:

• Own GMV growth, seller experience, and P&L for the assigned business unit
• Build and lead high-performing business teams to scale seller categories and user reach
• Develop and execute selection and category strategies based on customer behavior insights
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across business levers

Role Responsibilities:

• Shape and lead business operations with autonomy over team structure and implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Strategy teams for business solutions
• Prioritize short and long-term goals using data-backed strategic inputs
• Track key category metrics weekly and build scale-up plans for the next 12–18 months
