We're looking for a Associate Director Capacity Build - based in Dubai but ideally in KSA for a leading global consultancy.
This role is about shaping, strengthening, and embedding capability in a complex environment. It's not for the faint hearted it needs someone who thrives on frameworks, structure and driving real impact through people.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting baseline assessments and benchmarking to shape programme design
- Designing operating models, workflows, PDPs, and competency frameworks
- Delivering training programmes, coaching, and train the trainer initiatives
- Project management, monitoring, and reporting on progress
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants while helping grow the practice
What you'll need to bring:
- 810 years experience, ideally in a mature government comms environment
- GCC consulting experience (at least 18 months) turning thinking into practical outputs
- Familiarity with GCS-aligned frameworks (OASIS, MCOM), change models (Kotter), and Lean principles
- Strong research and analysis capabilities from surveys and interviews to benchmarking
- Skills that will set you apart:
- High-impact communication (written, verbal, presentation)
- Workshop facilitation and instructional design
- Ability to build structured, logical outputs in PowerPoint
- Confident with survey data and Excel crunching
