About the Job:
- Lead company-wide contract management strategy, ensuring compliance and value optimization
- Oversee full contract lifecycle: tendering, negotiation, administration, and closeout
- Manage procurement and tender processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery
- Support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract negotiations
- Ensure effective cost control through change orders, variations, and benchmarking analysis
- Drive compliance with company policies, legal standards, and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, and stakeholders on contract matters
- Oversee contract performance, vendor compliance, and periodic evaluations
- Manage insurance and mitigate contractual risks
- Lead preparation and review of contracts,
- Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tender documentation
- Ensure timely resolution of variations, claims, and contractual issues
- Provide insights through reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement
About You:
- Bachelor's in Quantity Survey/Property Economics/Engineering/Business (Master's preferred); relevant certifications (CPCM, CPPM, PMP) preferred
- 8–10 years experience, including 5+ years in senior managerial roles
- Strong expertise in project management, quantity surveying, and risk management
- Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction laws, and industry standards
- Proven experience leading procurement functions and managing vendors/contractors
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and value-driven negotiations
- Experience in claims management, contract administration, and commercial/risk analysis
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI preferred for reporting and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters
