About the Job

We are seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Communications, to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering communication strategies across a diverse portfolio of businesses. The position is central to managing the corporate reputation, providing counsel to senior leadership, and ensuring the organization maintains a strong voice with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a seasoned communications professional who can thrive in a demanding environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement integrated corporate and financial communication programs to support business priorities and transactions.

- Provide high-level communication guidance, messaging, and briefing materials for executive leadership.

- Enhance the public profile and positioning of senior stakeholders within the organization.

- Oversee communication activities across multiple subsidiaries and affiliated entities.

- Lead the creation of thought leadership initiatives that reinforce the organization's credibility and influence.

- Guide and support junior colleagues, fostering professional development within the team.

- Manage reputation issues, including crisis communications, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.

- Deliver accurate and timely outputs in a high-pressure environment where responsiveness and quality are paramount.

Requirements

- Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Demonstrated expertise in executive positioning and C-suite communication strategies.

- Strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and external partners.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking to complex challenges.

- Proven capacity to operate under tight deadlines in a corporate setting.

- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior professionals.

- Solid background in corporate strategy formulation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and business presentation.

- Strong leadership attributes including strategic mindset, performance orientation, collaboration, and business acumen.
