Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

  • Support development and execution of corporate communications strategy aligned with Chedi

Hospitality's brand transformation.

  • Lead creation of corporate messaging, announcements, and narrative frameworks.
  • Maintain the corporate communications calendar and announcement planning timeline.
  • Coordinate communications workflows, approvals, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead development of corporate newsletters, LinkedIn communications, and leadership

storytelling.

  • Maintain corporate messaging consistency across regions and business units.

Executive Communications

  • Draft and refine communications on behalf of senior leadership, including interviews, speeches,

town halls, and strategic announcements.

  • Support preparation of executive presentations, keynote materials, and leadership messaging.
  • Ensure clarity, discretion, and consistency in leadership communications.PR Agency Management & Global Media Relations
  • Manage global PR agencies, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and

communications priorities.

  • Coordinate PR activities across regions, ensuring consistency with corporate communications

strategy.

  • Guide agencies on announcement positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling

direction.

  • Maintain relationships with key media across hospitality, luxury, and business press.
  • Oversee media monitoring, PR reporting, and communications dashboards.

Property-Level Communications Alignment

  • Act as the corporate communications partner to hotels and residences on PR-related initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to property teams on press releases, announcements, and media

engagement alignment.

  • Ensure consistency between property-level communications and corporate narrative.
  • Coordinate major property announcements with Development, Operations, and PR agencies.

Team & Digital Communications Oversight

  • Provide direction and communications alignment for the Social Media Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure corporate communications priorities are reflected in digital storytelling.
  • Guide LinkedIn messaging and executive visibility communications.

Events & Partnerships (Communications Perspective)

  • Lead communications planning for media events, sponsorships, partnerships, and executive

appearances.

  • Coordinate communications deliverables for trade shows and global activations.
  • Lead coordination and amplification of Global Ambassador communications.

Brand Stewardship

  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring communications reflect Chedi Hospitality's understated luxury

positioning.

  • Support rollout of the refreshed brand identity across communications touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent narrative expression across markets.Desired Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or

real estate.

  • Experience managing PR agencies and multi-market communications initiatives.
  • Strong experience in executive communications and corporate narrative development.
  • Experience coordinating property-level communications within a multi-location organization.
  • Strong editorial judgment and research skills with a flair for crafting refined, elevated narratives.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Ability to work confidently with senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple regions and time zones.
