The project:

Seize this opportunity to join a great team on an outstanding aviation project, destined to set new records and define the future. This ambitious multi-year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub-structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead large teams to achieve strategic goals and foster continuous improvement.
  • Advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, and produce detailed reports.
  • Provide expert value management guidance at project initiation.
  • Oversee cost planning, including ownership and presentation of final plans.
  • Manage all procurement phases from prequalification to contract preparation.
  • Build strong relationships to support successful project delivery.
  • Supervise contract documentation, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
  • Deliver cost control, manage valuations, and oversee financial reporting and claims.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is essential.
