The Role
We are looking to for an Associate Director and Director to join Flint's expanding financial services team within our Asia-Pacific team. The roles is based in Singapore and will support Flint Financial Services clients across the region. At a time of significant political and policy change, successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to support the continuing development of Flint's business in this area and work on an exciting array of complex policy and regulatory issues for our clients.
This will involve working closely with senior team members across Flint to advise financial services clients on public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy. Our clients include asset managers, banks, financial market infrastructure (FMI) companies, fintechs and other financial institutions as well as alternatives, portfolio companies and corporates. The financial services team works across Flint's APAC offices and our international offices in London (HQ) and EU with our advice often covering multiple jurisdictions.
This role requires deep financial sector knowledge, excellent communication and people skills, strong project management abilities, and a proven record in client relationship management. You would play a key role in delivering client work, supporting business development, and leading and mentoring junior colleagues.
