The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to build and scale strategic partnerships with GCCs, Fortune 500 companies, technology enterprises, AI-first organizations, SaaS companies, semiconductor firms, and high-growth startups.
This is a leadership role focused on enterprise partnerships, strategic account growth, and ecosystem development. You will work directly with senior decision-makers across technology and business functions to create long-term hiring partnerships and establish NST as a preferred talent partner.

What You'll Do
Enterprise Partnership Development
- Build and grow relationships with GCCs, enterprise technology organizations, SaaS companies, AI startups, semiconductor firms, and emerging technology businesses.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new employer partners through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Drive strategic account acquisition and expansion across priority industry segments.
Strategic Account Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value employer accounts.
- Develop long-term engagement plans focused on recurring hiring partnerships.
- Drive account expansion through internships, campus hiring programs, graduate hiring initiatives, and employer branding opportunities.
CXO & Leadership Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CHROs, Engineering Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and GCC Leadership teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor on technology talent and early-career hiring strategies.
- Influence hiring decisions through meaningful business conversations and value creation.
Market & Ecosystem Development
- Represent NST across industry forums, GCC communities, startup ecosystems, and technology events.
- Track industry trends, hiring demand, and emerging opportunities across AI, DeepTech, SaaS, Semiconductor, FinTech, and Product companies.
- Build NST's brand and presence within India's technology hiring ecosystem.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise partnerships team.
- Establish operating rhythms, account planning frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.

- Strong track record of managing CXO-level relationships.
- Experience leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Understanding of technology hiring, workforce transformation, or talent ecosystems is a strong advantage.
