Associate Director, Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, marketing and valuation decks
• Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research
• Manage transaction due diligence processes, data rooms and communications with clients and diligence advisors on live execution
• Guide and support the team's analysts on analyses and creation of presentation materials
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of M&A work experience, preferably with an investment bank
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation and the creation of impactful presentation material
