About the Job:
- Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across Dubai Holding Hospitality.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including hotel management, branded residences, F&B, leasing, licensing, development, and procurement contracts.
- Support hospitality and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and asset repositioning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and frameworks to support efficient business operations and effective risk management.
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting the hospitality, tourism, and real estate sectors, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Manage disputes, litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Partner with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially focused solutions that support business objectives.
- Support corporate governance activities and ensure compliance with Dubai Holding's legal, ethical, and governance standards.
About You:
- Minimum 5–7 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably advising on commercial and operational legal matters within hospitality, real estate, or related sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent from a recognised institution, with admission to practice law in a recognised jurisdiction.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements.
- Good working knowledge of UAE Federal and Emirate-level laws and regulations relevant to hospitality, tourism, real estate, and commercial transactions.
- Experience supporting real estate or hospitality transactions, including acquisitions, developments, or asset management, is preferred.
- Ability to identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
- Experience managing disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external legal counsel is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
