ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – MECHANICAL | RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA

Exciting opportunity for an Associate Director – Mechanical to join a top-tier international consultancy in Riyadh.
We are seeking a technically strong, Chartered Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience leading and managing multidisciplinary MEP design delivery across complex building projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record across sectors such as hospitality, resorts, luxury/high-end residential and other technically complex developments, with the ability to operate confidently at senior client and stakeholder level.
The Role
- Lead and oversee multidisciplinary MEP design delivery across major building projects.
- Provide technical leadership across complex mechanical engineering and building services projects.
- Manage senior-level client relationships and project stakeholders.
- Drive design quality, programme and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective project delivery.
- Contribute to commercial performance, project strategy and business development.
- Act as a senior technical and client-facing representative of the consultancy.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer with a recognised professional institution.
- Extensive experience in MEP / Building Services design.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and project delivery.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of project financials and business development.
- Experience delivering complex hospitality, resort, luxury residential or major mixed-use developments.
- Strong Middle East experience.
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, or with significant previous KSA project experience, will be particularly well suited.

Salary:SAR 55,000–65,000 per month
