Sector:

Business Development, Vendor and Partners Management, Deal Originations.
Associate Directors with all strategic and operational plans and actions to secure partnerships in the global tech Industries that support sector's strategic and visionary plans.
Ensure thorough understanding knowledge market trends / emerging technologies and share with the department and sector teams.
Understand and champion RSG's defined and distinctive value proposition & offering in the market.
Keep RSG Partnerships in Technical Group fully updated on key initiatives, business development outreach and emerging critical relationships and key engagement with prioritized targets and activities and status ongoing business development activities.

Job Purpose

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in ventures and partnerships strategic objectives. This dynamic role positions you at the nexus of strategic alliance-building, partnership cultivation, joint venture development, vendor selection and partnerships, and strategic investments. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal & external stakeholders, to build significant value and drive impactful results for RSG.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate potential partnerships aligned with RSG's goals. Conduct comprehensive vendors research, evaluate strategic fit, and develop business models to support the formation of successful partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of these alliances.
Strategic Investments: Identify, evaluate, and pursue investments that serve to enhance RSG's monetization objectives. Conduct comprehensive research, assists financial models, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic fit/ alignment. Also lead the development of business and financial models for incubation businesses.
Stakeholders Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external entities to obtain relevant insights, steer initiatives, and uncover opportunities. Additionally, take the lead in overseeing and guiding advisors contracted to champion RSG's strategic objectives.

Job Requirements - Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree minimum, with an MBA or other Advanced Degree(s).
Ideally 10- 15 years of cumulative professional experience
Minimum of 7 years experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Management Consulting. Candidates with backgrounds in global or regional blue-chip companies are preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated history of leading and developing high-performing teams in tech sectors.
Visual Storytelling: Beyond merely crafting presentations, the Associate Director should lead the team in creating persuasive narratives and impactful visuals. As part of this leadership, they should coach team members to distill complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations tailored for a diverse audience of stakeholders. Additionally, the AD should excel in conveying these narratives to senior leadership and external entities.
Strong business and economic acumen and Expertise in negotiation.
Mastery in deal sourcing, analytical skills and accuracy.
Proficiency in negotiation and deal-making with a strong networking skill.
A holistic approach to assess and identify vendors and partners in technology sectors.
Familiar with technology and willing to learn.
