Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director to lead and manage the delivery of real estate projects across Cushman & Wakefield Core's (CWC) Projects & Development Services division. The role combines hands-on project delivery with team leadership and client management, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence across a range of asset classes.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead multiple development and fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Act as a primary client interface, maintaining trusted relationships with occupiers, developers, and investors.
- Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attend relevant networking events and contribute to proposal writing and presentations.
- Support the management team to develop departmental strategies, processes, and financial forecasts.
- Act as a client lead on major assignments and represent C&W Core in all project-related communications.
- Prepare and review project reports, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
- Ensure project governance, compliance, and documentation are in line with internal and client requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Cushman & Wakefield Core teams for integrated client solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in real estate or consultancy environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects across multiple asset classes.
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
- Professional membership (RICS, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
