As an Associate Director - Projects, you will be responsible for...
- Overseeing the preparation and documentation of Job Requisitions, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and business objectives in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
- Guiding project management strategies and delivery activities in coordination with Section Heads and Project Leads, ensuring company projects are executed efficiently and in line with the overall strategic plan.
- Overseeing the management of multiple projects across the business, ensuring monitoring of progress and successful completion of projects while aligning outcomes with the company's strategic objectives and growth priorities.
- Driving communication plans while ensuring its execution to effectively resolve any anomalies that may arise during Project completion phase.
- Managing actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and oversee financial reports/data related to project's financial performance.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget ensuring project delivery schedule is in alignment with business objectives.
- Leading efficient and compliant project management and budget management for multiple projects across the Company while imposing Projects delivery process within assigned budgets to ensure its timely completion.
- Supporting with the implementation of contractor's mitigation plan for the project along with execution plan, procurement, acceleration program and resources allocation to ensure that schedules are maintained within agreed time-frame.
- Supporting the commercial function throughout the client lifecycle, enhancing client relationship for projects and working closely with stakeholders in-order to plan, execute, and troubleshoot issues that arise on projects.
- Preparing user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful project implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Collaborating closely with various Sectors to successfully execute technical assignments while meticulously assessing both anticipated and unforeseen risks and values.
- Overseeing Statutory & Authorities compliance and ensuring quality and engineering works are complied with standard norms and Company's expectations.
- Navigating relationships including complex situations with clients and partners with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.
- Providing technical support to the commercial team for key activities in areas of technical focus related to projects.
- Analyzing information and ensure that reports are consolidated for management review.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development.
What you already have...
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Civil Engineering/ architectural engineering/ Construction
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferred
- Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.
- Min of 12-15+ years experience, including 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership/project lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience with a developer.
