The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead pre-award quality review of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders (Indirect & Direct PO).
  • Validate those latest specifications, drawings, codes and revision levels are correctly referenced.
  • Confirm inspection levels (IL1–IL4) are properly defined and aligned with the Approved Critical Material List.
  • Verify inclusion of required clauses Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Inspection Assignment Package (IAP), Manufacturing Record Book (MRB), Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) & escalation timelines and Source inspection requirements
  • Ensure RFP quality commitments, QA/QC checklists, and supplier pre-qualification requirements are incorporated into final contracts.
  • Confirm traceability, certification (BS EN 10204) or equivalent, and special process requirements are contractually stated.
  • Maintain compliance matrix tracking pre-award review findings. Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Technical, and SQM teams to resolve quality gaps before award.
  • Approve quality compliance sections prior to issuance of No Objection Letter (NOL).
  • Provide leadership oversight to PMIS quality analysts and ensure consistency in review standards.
  • Develop and maintain contract quality review checklist and governance controls.
  • Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace's net zero carbon transition.

You'll Need To Have

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Quality Management, Supplier Quality, or Contract Quality Review within major infrastructure, aviation, or EPC projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial) or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and international material certification standards.
  • Professional certifications preferred (Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ASQ CQE, PMP).
  • Strong analytical, contractual interpretation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
