Associate Director - Valmo (F&E)

Key Deliverables:

• Lead the central operations charter for Valmo (Meesho's logistics division)
• Design SOPs that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business strategy
• Manage internal and external stakeholders for operational initiatives
• Drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies

Role Responsibilities:

• Own the operational metrics for Fulfillment and Experience
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
• Partner with analytics, product, and leadership teams to enhance user experience and reduce costs
• Conduct data analysis to generate insights and identify areas for improvement
