Associate Director, Workflow Digitization

Responsibilities and Impact: This role is a key partner in supporting the Commodity Insights strategy by designing and implementing service-oriented solutions within our digital workflow platforms.

You will be the Product Manager for the services that solve diverse business problems by developing our next generation of workflow systems to leverage latest automation, GenAI and cloud technologies by working closely with stakeholders in an end-to-end implementation of the solution: inception, prototyping, development, and productionizing.

• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex business processes to technical solutions.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on external product management feedback, business requirements and internal goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify product requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Identify and drive opportunities for incorporating new technologies into existing workflows to optimize current operations.
• Work closely with the product owners and software development team to ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze application performance and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Develop and manage a high performing teams, creating an environment to enable them to excel, leading by example and providing regular coaching for their continued development.

What Were Looking For:

• A highly motivated and disciplined team player with 7-10 years of product management experience, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt communication styles, and a willingness to listen and learn
• Experience with LEAN management and language is a plus.
• Experience with workflow platforms and automation systems is a plus.
