The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage engineering aspects of MEP services, including Programmes, HSW, Quality & Commissioning.

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives.

  • Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.

  • Provide technical expertise for tendering, procurement strategies, and specialist packages.

  • Review contracts, scope, schedules, and support commercial teams throughout lifecycle.

  • Drive design reviews for compliance, carbon reduction, and operational energy standards.

  • Implement commissioning strategies aligned with Mace standards and project milestones.

  • Use digital tools for productivity assessments and risk identification.

  • Ensure high-standard project close-out and deliver continuous process improvements.

You'll need to have:

  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS, and systems integration (BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV, Access Control, IPTV/IRS).

  • Strong knowledge and application of design management principles.

  • Excellent understanding of prefabrication and build strategies.

  • Broad experience across multiple sectors delivering diverse building types.

  • Meets KSA visa criteria with proven experience on high-value projects for PMC businesses.

  • Awareness of carbon and sustainability factors shaping project delivery.

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
