Position: Associate Expert Scrum Master

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Expert Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

As an Associate Expert Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality products to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the agile development process and ensure that all team members are following Scrum principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and other Scrum ceremonies
• Guide and coach the development team on how to use Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Identify and remove any impediments that may be hindering the team's progress
• Ensure that the team is following Scrum processes and continuously improving their practices
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
• Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with software development projects and Agile methodologies
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
