Associate Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to appoint an Associate Finance Manager. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional accounting into a commercially focused position where you'll influence business decisions, drive operational excellence, and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading regional financial reporting and ensuring strong financial governance across multiple entities.
• Partnering with business leaders to provide meaningful financial insights that support commercial and operational decisions.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.
• Championing finance transformation by improving systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
• Managing regional compliance and working closely with external advisors to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Supporting business expansion and strategic initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial controls.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience across Big 4 and commercial finance environments.
• Regional finance exposure with responsibility for multiple markets.
• A recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA or ACCA preferred).
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with ERP systems and a passion for improving finance processes.
• The confidence to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business where no two days are the same.
• The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to collaborate with regional teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
