• Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate policies and implementation strategies, ensuring actionable insights.
• Generate innovative, human-centric solutions to government priorities, designing, testing, and scaling transformative initiatives.
• Collaborate with government entities to enhance proposals and maximize impact.
• Build and maintain an active network of global innovators, thought leaders, and domain experts to bring cutting-edge thinking to Abu Dhabi.
• Craft strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps for high-priority initiatives.
• Prepare compelling presentations and reports that communicate insights effectively to senior government officials.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university is required. Master's degree is preferred
• 0 - 4 years experience in public policy, social impact, social science research, innovation, data analytics, or process design
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in research methodologies, data interpretation, and strategic problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience presenting insights to senior decision-makers
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, balancing multiple priorities with precision and creativity
