The Associate HR Analyst is a key contributor to the development and implementation of HR strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes. In close collaboration with the HR team, this role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex workforce data to inform decision-making across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business impact. While prior experience in HR is desirable, candidates with strong analytical, budgeting, or process coordination backgrounds in fields such as finance or business operations will also be considered, as these skills are highly transferable to this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and employee performance trends
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support HR planning and strategic decision-making
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Assist in benchmarking compensation data against industry standards
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labor regulations
- Support internal audits and compliance reporting as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: +3 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function. with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply
