Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with team needs.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process accurate and timely monthly payroll for all employees.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
3. HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Work Visa & Immigration Support
- Manage the end-to-end process of work visa applications, renewals, and related documentation for eligible employees.
- Liaise with immigration authorities and legal advisors to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on visa-related matters.
5. General HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR system.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with work visa processing (e.g., for expatriates or foreign hires).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or local systems).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
