Overview:
Our client is seeking an Associate Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and documentation support to the maintenance team within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support maintenance documentation activities, CMMS administration, data analysis, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective maintenance operations.

Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Documentation & Compliance
- Provide technical documentation support to the maintenance team in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Support maintenance-related documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on maintenance documentation activities.
CMMS Administration & Data Management
- Review maintenance work orders and support Service Request (SR) creation, including offline verification where required.
- Support the setup, modification, addition, and removal of job plans, assets, and inventory records within the CMMS.
- Consolidate, analyse, and trend maintenance data from the CMMS to support operational decision-making.
Site & Vendor Coordination
- Conduct site verifications to gather maintenance-related information and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors to obtain technical information and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely collection and management of maintenance records and supporting data.
Continuous Support
- Utilise Microsoft Office, SAP, Maximo, and related systems to support maintenance activities.
- Assist Maintenance Engineers and Leads with assigned projects and operational support tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas industries preferred.
- Basic understanding of cGMP requirements.
- Ability to plan, organise, and execute assigned tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional environment.
