ROLE SUMMARY
Associate Manager – Aggregators & Partnerships oversees the performance and day-to-day operations of Carrefour and Hypermax across third-party delivery and quick-commerce platforms. The role drives the execution of partnership strategies, manages Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to optimize assortment, promotions, availability, service quality, and channel growth.
ROLE PROFILE
- Drive the execution of aggregator partnership strategies and support the achievement of commercial and P&L targets across markets.
- Manage day-to-day partner performance, tracking GMV, order growth, basket size, customer retention, and Joint Business Plan (JBP) delivery.
- Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals, commission management, promotional funding, and profitability optimization.
- Enhance on-platform performance through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and new store rollouts.
- Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to deliver integrations, automation, and platform enhancements while resolving operational issues.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing teams to improve availability, fulfillment quality, delivery performance, and customer experience.
- Lead performance reviews, business reviews (WBRs/MBRs), reporting, competitor benchmarking, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain governance standards, and drive continuous improvement through quick-commerce and aggregator best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deliver profitable growth across aggregator platforms while achieving GMV, market share, and commercial performance targets.
- Maintain strong partner economics through effective management of commissions, promotional investments, contribution margins, and marketing ROI.
- Drive operational excellence by improving key metrics such as availability, order fulfillment, on-time delivery (OTD), and customer satisfaction.
- Successfully execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), governance forums, partner launches, and expansion initiatives on schedule.
- Leverage strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills to manage partnerships, evaluate performance, and translate insights into actions.
- Bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, partnerships, marketplace management, or commercial roles, supported by strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting capabilities.
