Role Summary:

The BI Associate Manager is a key member of an agile Digital Transformation team that designs and implements our digital solutions and services. He/ She owns the entire reporting and dash boarding lifecycle from Business requirements and solution design, through data pipeline creation and operation, data staging and dashboard design and maintenance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible For Bringing Together Stakeholders Across The Development Business To Define And Prioritize Mis/Bi Reporting Requirements
• Work With Business And Technical Stakeholders And Agree And Communicate A Clear Feature Roadmap, Ensuring Features Add Business Value
• Manage The End-To-End Delivery Of Dashboard, From Concept To Development, Operation And Monitoring/Alerting
• Design, Develop And Operate Data Pipelines Including Staging/Etl Logic And Power Bi Reports
• Manage Delivery Of New Dashboards, Updates And Enhancements To Existing Bi Artifacts Work With Technical Teams And System Owners To Agree Data Requirements And To Understand The Underlying Systems And Data
• Manage Resolution Of Support Tickets Related To Data Pipelines, Dashboards & Reports Within Defined
• Build In Operational Resilience To All Work - Ensuring Jobs Are Monitored And Alerted, And Ensure Automated Reconciliations Are Performed To Guarantee High Data Quality

Education/Qualifications:

• Excellent Experience In Etl Tools And Building Dwh'S (Like Informatica, Microsoft Ssis, Ssas Etc.)
• Bachelor'S Degree In A Quantitative Field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• Must Be Familiar And Comfortable With The Complete Software Bi Lifecycle And Technical Componentry (Dashboards, Etl, Staging, Reconciliation, Monitoring/Alerting, Design/Operational Documentation, Data Dictionaries)
• Ability To Assimilate Requirements, Suggest Tactical And Strategic Solutions Where Needed, Measure Usage And Effectiveness.

• Minimum Five Years Of Hands-On Bi Experience Across Full Data Lifecycle.
