Interpret briefs consider communication objective during design approach decisions/ when sharing feedback
Develop creative concepts based on given brief reflecting the Carrefour guidelines
Review/ feedback and recommendation on key visuals based on intended media channels
Collaborate with On-site/ Off-site & In-store Ad Ops managers, sales managers and other stakeholders to deliver effective creative content and copy writing recommendation
Copy writing for creative across various media channels
Scripts writing for webinar and training materials
Provide feedback/ recommendation in-store radio ad scripts
Create onsite/ offsite banners, emails and social creative assets (static, HTML formats)
Create video ads for onsite/ offsite & instore screens networks, including size adaptation (video and GIF format)
Support design & creation of case studies
Support design & creation of materials for pitch decks and use of PR/ Marketing for Prevision Media
Produce accurate outputs that meets specification/ requirement
Align with the ongoing campaigns deadlines to ensure on time delivery of projects
Take initiative to move task forward and respect deadline, be approachable while able to adhere to process & SLAs

Human Capital Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
Minimum Experience
4+ years in Graphic Design / Multimedia Designer preferably in ecommerce
Experiences in ecommerce is a plus
Skills
Ability to self-manage & self-motive to learn new things
Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design
Strong working knowledge in Adobe Photohop, Adobe illustrator and Adobe After effects
Strong working knowledge with MAC
Experience in video editing based on given templates
Portfolio featuring detailed design work including videos
Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, composition, color and proportion
