Job Purpose:
We are looking for Graphic designer who can create high-quality innovative graphic work and visual identity solutions. Have experience in creating brand campaigns, publications event/ conference materials, social media graphics, promotional materials and signage. Has the ability to make short video 2D or 3D, who has experience in social media videos.
Key Accountabilities:
Graphic Design
- Produce high-quality designs, including logos, updating corporate guidelines, BTL, social media, screen, digital assets and other marketing materials.
- Address design challenges and find creative solutions.
- Adapt designs to meet project constraints and objectives.
- Create visual concepts based on project requirements and business team needs.
- Brainstorm ideas and develop initial sketches or mockups.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics. For the multimedia designer we do require Dreamweaver and after effect software.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
- Support the creation of brand experiences using latest graphic design techniques for consumer-facing brand experience.
- Understand the creative and business needs and determine presentation of illustrative material.
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver digital graphics as needed for the website, e-mail blasts, and other digital collateral.
- Review all content designs for errors before publishing to ensure all visuals, branding and language is impactful and in line with the branding guidelines.
- Select the best medium to present or produce the design concept using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
- Support campaign planning and execution by designing scaled campaign material while applying established standards, formats and guidelines, and supervising adaptation from suppliers/agencies.
- Prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts and ensure design content meets brand/business requirements.
- Deliver marketing briefs and projects from concept, art design, to delivery observing brand guidelines.
- Design template for presentation, brochures, advertisement, catalogs, e-shot invites, logos, packaging and promotional material, ensuring full adherence of artwork as per the established guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Designing, graphics or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Minimum Experience and Skills
- 5 - 7 years of experience handling marketing operations, within a similar industry preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Fiqma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Adobe Lightroom.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Visual Design Technical tools, Teamwork and leadership, Time management, Photography.
