Job Summary:
The IT Governance and Quality Assurance Associate Manager support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks and quality standards across IT processes and systems. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, supporting risk management activities, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and policies.
- Assist in ensuring alignment of IT processes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on compliance with IT policies and procedures, and maintain governance documentation.
- Assist in identifying and assessing IT risks.
- Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans and controls.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance standards for IT processes and deliverables.
- Assist in developing and tracking QA metrics and reporting.
- Monitor the quality of IT services, systems, and third-party deliverables.
- Identify improvement opportunities within IT processes and propose recommendations.
- Support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote adherence to quality standards within the IT team.
- Support compliance efforts with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001).
- Assist in coordinating internal and external IT audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support governance and QA initiatives.
- Assist in communicating governance policies and QA standards.
- Provide support and guidance to IT staff on governance and QA practices.
- Track and maintain KPIs related to IT governance and QA.
- Prepare reports on governance and QA activities.
- Support data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Languages:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
