Associate Manager - Operations | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
Role Summary
The Associate Manager Operations will be supporting the Operations Team by ensuring smooth communication,accurate reporting, and efficient administrative coordination between the Head Office, stores, and other. departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the execution of company-wide initiatives.
ROLE PROFILE
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between various internal departments.
- Act as a point of contact between Stores, Operations, and other Head Office teams.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive communication materials for stores and other business areas.
- Ensure all information is clear, structured, and aligned with operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain various operational performance reports.
- Support the team in analyzing KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Process and follow up on customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented thinking.
