Scope of the Role (Summary)
This is a highimpact regional role responsible for managing spend across 6 clusters, covering key logistics categories such as Domestic Transportation, Customs & Clearance, and CrossBorder operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing Procurement strategies to deliver sustainable net structural savings across T&W P&L linescovering transportation, warehousing, materials imports, and customsin alignment with Supply Chain HPN priorities.
- Serving as the IMEA representative in Global Logistics Procurement OGSMs, Regional SC Logistics HPN forums, and International Logistics meetings.
- Building and owning intelligence dashboards to support cost control, index tracking, and proactive marketdriven actions.
- Leading sourcing strategies across all 6 clustersincluding global tenders, RFQs, and eauctionsfrom pipeline creation to full execution and P&L impact.
- Influencing operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to deploy Procurement strategies across the region.
- Leading regional negotiations with key logistics vendors.
- Collaborating closely with the Global Logistics Procurement team to deploy global strategies regionally.
- Managing a team of Indirect Procurement Leads across the clusters.

Basic Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- A master's degree or professional certification (CIPS, APICS, SCPro, etc.) is a plus.
Experience
- 710 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferably in a regional or multicountry environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing large spend portfolios (ideally $30M+).
- Proven track record leading sourcing events, tenders, negotiations, and strategic procurement initiatives.
- Experience working with multiple clusters or markets is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; skilled in dashboards, cost modeling, and market analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills across crossfunctional teams.
