Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Portfolio Management Manager Specialist)

Own the portfolio health and value creation agenda across consumer and/or SME card products. You'll diagnose performance (activation, digital adoption, spend, ENR, attrition), design precise lifecycle interventions, and deliver controlled change with measurable uplift. Expect handson partnership with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to run alwayson portfolio programs and to install robust guardrails for sustainable growth.

As an Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Portfolio Management Manager Specialist) you will

Portfolio strategy, insights, and execution

Diagnose portfolio performance endtoend (acquisition, activation, earlylife usage, ENR, attrition) and convert findings into quarterly OKRs and a prioritized experiment backlog.

Design and launch precision lifecycle programs (activation accelerators, spend stimulation, balance build, retention saveoffers), with explicit hypotheses, target cohorts, success metrics, and control groups.

Instrument performance dashboards (activation, tokenization, spend per active, ENR, churn, campaign ROI) and run testandlearn to optimize offer design, timing, and channels.

Calibrate growth with controls: partner with Risk/Compliance/Operations to embed documentation, approvals, and audit trails for each change; maintain clean delivery and governance.

Product & proposition tuning

Evolve pricing, features, and benefits to improve perceived value and margins (e.g., fee constructs, installment/EPP levers, rewards tuning), using competitive benchmarks and cohort analysis.

Close the loop with Product and Marketing on campaign narratives, CX fixes, and digital journey improvements; quantify uplift vs. baseline.

Stakeholder leadership & delivery discipline

Run weekly portfolio cadences with Product, Analytics, Ops, and Marketing to remove barriers, approve tests, and coursecorrect; publish action trackers and impact summaries.

Execute with rigor (RAID logs, gated milestones, cutover plans, postlaunch stabilization) so changes land safely and scale.

Team Collaboration & Culture

Translate complex analysis into clear choices and crisp storytelling for senior stakeholders; facilitate decisionready forums.

Plan and structure your work and that of junior teammates; lead or colead portfolio reviews and experiment readouts.

Contribute playbooks (segmentation, offers, dashboards) and mentor colleagueswe grow leaders, not just deliverables.

All About You

Experience: 58 years in cards/payments portfolio management (issuer side or consulting), with handson delivery of lifecycle programs and measurable uplift on activation, spend, ENR, and attrition.

Analytics & experimentation: Comfortable with segmentation, A/B tests, propensity/churn models, and campaign ROI; fluent in Excel/BI with strong data storytelling.

Product & CX: Evidence of tuning pricing/features/benefits and fixing CX to improve portfolio health; able to brief Product/Marketing and validate changes through experiments.

Controls & delivery: Proven ability to land changes within scheme/regulatory guardrails, maintain auditready documentation, and stabilize postlaunch operations.

Stakeholder leadership: Track record aligning Product, Risk, Ops, Marketing, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget, with weekly performance rhythms.

You've designed and shipped 3+ lifecycle programs with quantified outcomes (e.g., +activation, +spend per active, +ENR, attrition).

You can show a improvement: insight intervention measured uplift scaled runrate.

Partners rely on you to make data useful and to land changes safely with auditready evidence.

All About Your Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree (advanced degree/MBA a plus).

Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Word; familiarity with BI/campaign tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI, marketing automation).

Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication; organization, multitasking, and analytical problemsolving.

Willingness to travel across the region as needed up to 80%
