We are looking for an experienced Associate to lead client portfolios, mentor high-performing teams, and drive exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do

• Understand client and agency needs and expectations, and bring solutions to the table

• Manage and fulfil contract deliverables and account schedules - conception through completion, including change management

• Understand the financial implications of your portfolio and manage expense budgets

• Provide operational updates, compile reports and handle day-to-day requests

• Execute media, influencer and partner liaison flawlessly

• Pitch new ideas and proposal plans with confidence - you're an excellent presenter

• Set up performance reports and provide analysis, insights and clear gap/opportunity identification

• Provide strategic advisory based on in-depth market knowledge

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, media and influencer networks for high-performance results

• Deliver strategic campaign plans with budgets and timelines built on real market insight

• Develop materials - press releases, video production briefs, social content

• Communicate the implications of plan changes to team and project early and clearly

• Lead a small work group with energy and clarity

• Be an exemplary role model for the team

• Support new-business proposals with market research and ground intelligence

• Contribute to strategic discussions and proposals for new clients (project or retainer)

• Recommend internal tools and resources that strengthen the team's communications expertise

• Harvest leads through great work and build potential business growth

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of agency experience in PR, marketing or media management

• Lifestyle/luxury/fashion/beauty/wellness exposure is a strong plus

• Confident communicator and presenter - comfortable in front of clients

• Strong financial literacy on budgets and portfolio expenses

• Demonstrates strong integrity, accountability and sense of community

• Brings insight as well as intelligence - and the energy to back it up
