Roles Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in new product introduction and implementation, participate in NPI activities.
- Assist engineers in dealing with quality issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Collect, count, analyze, handle and track major production line issues, and update and summarize issues regularly.
- Own daily quality meetings and weekly KPI meetings for mass production.
- Perform daily production line audits, analyze and improve issues found in audits.
- Manage ORT implementation for mass production and drive issue analysis.
- Identify improvement opportunities in SMT, assembly and packaging sections of the factory. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English. Mandarin is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
- familiar with ISO9001 quality management system.
- Familiar with mobile phone quality management and control, as well as quality tools including 8D, 7 QC Tools, PFMEA, etc.
- Experience in Kaizen and CI (Continuous Improvement).
- At least 3 years of product quality management experience in the electronics industry; experience in mobile phone related industry is preferred.
- Good cross-departmental communication skills.
