Job Description
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding, induction, orientation, and training programs.
- Support the preparation of onboarding kits, handbooks, policies, FAQs, and new-joiner communications.
- Develop and maintain onboarding reports and dashboards to track activities and progress.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth and positive candidate onboarding experience.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing and applicant tracking.
- Maintain HR and recruitment systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and English, with good knowledge of recruitment practices, employer branding, and candidate experience.
