This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate, based in Dubai with a combination of in-office and remote work options. The Associate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting legal research, preparing documentation for IP-related cases and transactions, and providing strategic advice on intellectual property and technology matters. Day-to-day tasks also include managing IP disputes, coordinating enforcement actions, and liaising with external agents and regulatory bodies.

• Proficiency in legal research, interpretation, and documentation related to IP law, including trademarks, designs, and copyright.
• Experience in managing client portfolios, drafting agreements, and providing strategic advice on IP and technology commercialization.
• Strong understanding of IP enforcement actions, including anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail for preparing high-quality legal documents.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, balancing on-site responsibilities in Dubai with remote work tasks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in intellectual property law are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages relevant to the region is a plus.
