Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are expanding at Toni Hughes Wealth and seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Paraplanner to join our growing advisory team. This role is essential in supporting our CEO in delivering an exceptional, world-class client experience across our HNW and UHNW client base. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, accurate and compliant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality financial reports, investment proposals, and recommendations for client meetings.
  • Analyse client portfolios, products, fund performance and structured scenarios to support advisers in decision-making.
  • Conduct product, market and fund research across global investment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate client records, valuations, cashflows and internal documentation.
  • Assist in building and improving internal systems, processes and compliance workflows.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring documents, reference numbers and files are correctly set up.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Operations and Growth Team to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Prepare meeting packs, presentation summaries and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 57 years experience in a paraplanning, wealth management, or advisory support role.
  • Strong knowledge of investments, insurance, structured notes, funds and global wealth products.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce polished, client-ready documents.
  • Highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience an advantage.
  • UAE financial services experience preferred but not essential.
