Associate - People & Organisation | MAF Retail | Head Office Eypt
Role Summary
The Associate - Human Capital is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.
ROLE PROFILE
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
- Apply and follow MAF Retail's Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
- Develop reports to communicate the performance of implemented HC projects
- Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required
- Support with the implementation of all relevant HC projects and procedures initiated by the Corporate Head Office
- Implement training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office
- Organize employee engagement events and team building activities
- Prepare the content to be published in the quarterly newsletter
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or HR
- 0-2 years in HC administration and recruitment
- Time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills
