We are hiring an Associate Principal – Water Sector to lead the design and delivery of major water infrastructure projects while driving technical excellence, client engagement, and business growth.
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in water/wet utilities design within a leading engineering consultancy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation network design.
- Proven leadership in managing design teams, project delivery, and technical reviews.
- Experience coordinating with roads, dry utilities, MEP, and authority stakeholders.
- Middle East consultancy experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major water infrastructure and master planning projects.
- Provide technical oversight for water and wet utilities designs.
- Review design calculations, drawings, reports, and tender documentation.
- Manage project resources, schedules, quality, and client coordination.
- Liaise with authorities to secure approvals and NOCs.
- Mentor engineering teams and support business development initiatives.
