Job Purpose

Monitor product performance through conducting market research and analyze market dynamics to develop positioning and pricing strategies. Support marketing team in customer engagement activities, preparing launch plans. Work with agencies to develop and implement promotional campaigns, prepare sales materials for representatives and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use these insights to inform the development of marketing strategies, product positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
  • Assess product performance as per IMS data, analyze competitor data, and identify customer insights to develop a customer-centric comprehensive approach.
  • Assist the Marketing team in implementing the annual marketing plans for the products by organizing actions, tactics, and priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and retain a solid business relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Develop different promotional activities (digital or non-digital).
  • Implement marketing activities to serve customers needs in collaboration with the sales and medical departments.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the field force on using the promotional material.
  • Conduct product knowledge orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they are well-versed in brand and product details.
  • Coordinate with agencies/ vendors to implement marketing initiatives and ideas, including overseeing the design and production of promotional materials and products in compliance with the company's policies.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and educational content that effectively communicate product information to target audiences

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or a related medical field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in brand management within a specific therapeutic area.
