About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience who can think on their feet and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll work closely with founders, engineering, design, and customers to identify problems, define solutions, and drive product improvements across TALIE.

What You'll Do

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and internal teams.
• Convert ideas and feedback into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver features from concept to launch.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Help define product roadmaps and feature priorities.
• Own feature releases and ensure successful adoption.
• Keep the product engine running by managing the backlog, prioritizing tickets, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring features move smoothly from idea to release.

Desired Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information.
• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Clickup, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.
