Future University in Egypt (FUE) is seeking highly qualified and dedicated academic professionals to join our esteemed faculty. We are hiring for the ranks of Associate Professor/ Lecturer across the following cutting-edge specializations:

- Political Mass Media
The candidates will be responsible for delivering effective teaching aligned with specialization requirements and labor market needs. Faculty members are expected to lead and contribute to scientific research, supervise graduate students, provide academic guidance, and actively participate in the administrative and community service activities of the university, all while adhering to the highest approved academic quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning:
- Teach assigned courses within the specialization and take full supervision of applied lessons.
- Periodically develop and update the scientific content of courses, preparing educational materials and activities to achieve targeted learning outcomes.
- Design assessment tools, prepare exams, and grade them according to standard college criteria, ensuring fairness and integrity.
Scientific Research & Community Service:
- Conduct specialized scientific research and publish in indexed academic journals (e.g., Scopus, Web of Science).
- For Professors: Lead scientific research projects and build specialized research schools at the department and university levels.
- Guiding graduate students both academically and in their research pursuits.
- Participate in and lead local and international scientific conferences and seminars.
- Prepare research projects to secure funding from local or international entities.
- Engage in community service activities to support sustainable development goals.
Academic Guidance & Student Support:
- Provide academic support to students through dedicated weekly office hours.
- Monitor students academic levels, offering necessary guidance to improve their performance and assisting them in selecting courses according to study plans.
Administration & Quality Assurance:
- Actively participate in fulfilling local, regional, and international accreditation standards.
- Contribute to the development and description of academic programs and periodically review curricula.
- Chair academic and scientific committees and contribute to academic decision-making.
- Participate in examination management committees and control rooms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Academic Credentials:
- Associate Professor: Must hold the rank of Associate Professor from the Supreme Council of Universities (recently obtained or held for no more than 5 years).
- Lecturer: Must hold a Ph.D. in the specialization from an accredited university or equivalent from the Supreme Council of Universities (recently obtained or held for no more than 5 years).
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing E-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle).
- Mastery of academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar.
- Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support the educational and research processes.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing).
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to work harmoniously within a university team environment.
