| Duties & Responsibilities | | |
| | . Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in sport management program, such as sustainability in sport management, Sport Tourism and Hospitality, Sport and Recreation Development. . Develop and continuously update course materials to reflect cutting-edge research, contemporary issues, and industry best practices. . Design and implement innovative, student-centered pedagogical approaches, including experiential learning and case-based teaching, and applied community projects. . Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, fostering their intellectual, professional, and personal development. . Conduct high-quality research in sport management, with emphasis on areas such as sport sustainability, sport tourism, event and facility management, community sport development, sport policy, and social impact assessment. . Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international academic conferences. . Pursue external research funding and collaborate with interdisciplinary and cross-sector partners to advance knowledge in the field of sport management. . Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations focused on sport management-related topics, including sport sustainability initiatives, sport tourism development, event management, community sport participation, and related areas within the sport industry . Establish and maintain partnerships with sports organizations, educational institutions, government bodies, and private sector entities to enhance learning opportunities and research collaborations. . Contribute to community programs that use sport management to support sport development and benefit the community. Participate in professional development activities . Participate in departmental and college-level strategic planning, curriculum development, and accreditation processes. |
