The opportunity

Associate Project Commercial Support is responsible for supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business, work with the Project Management team to support proactively on commercial & SAP related transactions – so PM's are able to focus on meeting customers expectations and unit's P & L.

How You'll Make An Impact

Supporting project commercial activities like coordination of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits etc.
Preparing all commercial documents needed for processing the payments with banks by letter of credits.
SAP Project – Creation and updating costing information during the project.
Prep all documents and drive the Invoicing process for all projects. Drive the team internally so as to complete invoicing on time.
Supporting the PM with backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
Updating the system datas/files for revenue and payment collection.
Create and maintain detail status update for internal discussions with Manager related to status on project commercial activities.
Support PM's as necessary with Invoicing reports.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline is required.
2-7 years of experience in Project environment with hands on experience commercial documentation.
Should have hands-on experience working with SAP.
Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
