We are currently partnering with a reputable international bank in Abu Dhabi to recruit an Associate Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Identify business opportunities and support portfolio growth.
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, annual credit reviews and credit limit assessments.
- Prepare credit proposals and support relationship management activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and high-quality service.
- Support post-sales activities, including covenant monitoring, documentation, and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Investment Banking and other business units, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or a similar role within a financial institution.
- Good understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Professional banking or finance certifications are an advantage.
