Associate Relationship Manager (Emirati Only) - Banking Industry

A leading bank in the UAE is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team in Abu Dhabi.

Job specification:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, Major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in financial institution, relationship management or a similar role
3. Strong business acumen and an extensive network of connections that can help drive business growth for our bank
4. Proven track of record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business targets.
5. Strong understanding of financial products and services, credit risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
7. Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
8. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
9. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
10. Professional certifications or qualifications in banking or finance is a plus.
