Role Overview

Richmond Properties is launching and scaling a dedicated Commercial Division, and we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Associate Director to lead this growth.

This role is responsible for building, leading, and driving the performance of a high-performing team focused on the sale and leasing of commercial assets, including office spaces, retail units, and mixed-use developments.

You will take full ownership of the commercial function — from team build-out and developer relationships to revenue generation and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Division Build & Leadership

  • Establish and scale the Commercial Division from the ground up
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of commercial brokers/consultants
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks for the team
  • Create a high-performance culture aligned with company objectives

Revenue Generation & Sales

  • Drive sales and leasing of commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed-use assets
  • Personally contribute to revenue through key deals and strategic clients
  • Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for commercial inventory
  • Identify and secure exclusive listings and mandates

Developer & Client Relationships

  • Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and institutional clients
  • Source commercial inventory and negotiate favorable terms
  • Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients and investors
  • Represent Richmond Properties as a market leader in commercial real estate

Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Define Richmond's commercial offering within the Dubai market
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and demand across key commercial sectors
  • Identify high-growth areas (e.g., business districts, retail hubs, emerging zones)
  • Position the company competitively against established commercial brokerages

Operational & Process Excellence

  • Implement structured processes for lead management, deal tracking, and reporting
  • Optimise CRM usage to support pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for commercial assets
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage in Dubai
  • Strong track record in selling or leasing commercial assets (offices, retail, etc.)
  • Experience building or leading a team within a brokerage environment
  • Established network of landlords, developers, and investors
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Commercially driven with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Experience

  • Experience launching or scaling a commercial division or business unit
  • Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's commercial property landscape and key districts
