Sales Associate Director – BDO Digital (Microsoft Technologies Focus)

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

BDO Digital is seeking a Sales Director to drive business growth in Microsoft Technologies across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven solutions. This leadership role involves building strategic partnerships with OEM , expanding market presence, and leading enterprise sales engagements with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in ERP, CRM, AI, and Cloud Transformation within target industries.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot & AI solutions.
  • Establish and expand partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem and BDO network firms to scale solutions globally.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Engage with CXOs and business leaders to position Microsoft solutions as business transformation enablers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closure, ensuring consultative value-based selling.
  • Work closely with Microsoft teams, industry experts, and technology leaders to create joint go-to-market solutions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and consulting teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide leadership in sales forecasting, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sales.

Proven expertise in selling Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot).

Strong relationships with Microsoft, enterprise customers, and industry partners.

Experience in solution-based selling, enterprise deals, and digital transformation projects.

Ability to navigate global sales, multi-region partnerships, and industry-specific GTM strategies.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
