Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities)
- Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
- Trend Micro - Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms, from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
- SentinelOne - End-to-end EDR operations, including agent lifecycle management, threat hunting, and automated remediation.
- CrowdStrike - Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform, ensuring full visibility, threat detection, and incident containment.
- Operational Support: Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
- Support the project cycle under guidance:
- Data Gathering & Documentation - Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
- Deployment & Testing - Participate in the configuration and validation of endpoint security policies.
- Handover - Help prepare technical runbooks for customer handover.
- Technical Fundamentals: Maintain strong basics and understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and system fundamentals.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and train on new security solutions as market demands evolve.
- Health Checks: Perform routine health checks for existing deployments and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
