Background
Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Growth Equity firm focused on the Middle East, is looking to add several headcounts to their deals team in Dubai due to its expanding mandate. The selected candidate will have a dual mandate; they will focus on M&A Advisory and executing direct Growth Equity Investments across the GCC.
Job Description
- Research: Analyse market trends, research companies, and review financial statements.
- Financial modelling: Create and use models to review deals and determine investment probabilities.
- Investment recommendations: Recommend investments based on research and market evaluations.
- Financial advice: Provide financial advice on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and private equity transactions.
- Documentation: Prepare documentation for every investment banking transaction.
Requirements
- Candidate should arrive from a top tier financial institution and will be currently working in Investment Banking / Advisory or within Private Equity.
- Candidate should display strong academic background.
- Fluency in Arabic is beneficial but not required.
